With over six years in the tourism industry specializing in Flight Service, Basma is now passionate about all aspects of the Service Centre. Previously, she led the Flight Support Centre at FTI. She believes that customer retention relies not only on product quality but also on exceptional after-sales service and responsiveness to client needs.
